Shipping within India

Shipping to anywhere in India is free. Orders in major cities of direct connectivity, are delivered in two days. For smaller cities and remote addresses, we keep a grace of up to 5 days. Please note while placing an order for Indian delivery, An Indian number must be provided.

Below are the standard Shipping details.

We understand you’ll like your order to reach you at the earliest. So our runners at UPS and DHL make sure your goods reach you, no matter where you are in the world, within 6-7 days.  If you are in a major city, we reach you within 3-4 days. (*Excluding holidays). Below are the flat shipping charges:

Custom duties/taxes and insurance are not included in your order, and may vary from country to country. If you wish to insure the packet, please do send us an email at contact@runawaybicycle.in. Runaway Bicycle cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Remote area Charges

All the shipping charges are flat charges and are not based on postal codes. While dispatching the order, if the shipping address is in a remote area you may hear from us regarding the balance payment of shipping charge difference.
 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at contact@runawaybicycle.in 

HANDWOVEN PRODUCTS

Please note: Due to the nature of the dyeing process, colours and textile weight will vary between different lots. This is not deemed as a fault. Also unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.  

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

The photographs on our website are as close a representation of the actual product as it is photographically possible. However, we understand that sometimes something isn't quite right. If that is the case you can inform us within 3 days of receipt of order to the provided address and we'll be happy to exchange your ordered garment, for a different size or anything else you may choose. After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 25 working days. The products must be in the same condition as delivered and must be sent back in the same packaging with the tags intact. An exchange can then be claimed within 90 days of us confirming the receipt of the return goods. Please note that this return process cycle for an exchange is only possible once.

In case the shipment delivery has failed and the shipment gets returned back to us (returned to sender - RTS), any resulting charges will be additionally borne by the customer. 

We do not process refunds and we urge you to refer to the garment measurements before placing the order.

We accept exchanges only twice for one order number.

Customised/Personalised orders or the products which are not listed on the website and are made for the customer are not eligible for any return or exchange.

Sale Products are not eligible for return and exchange. We do not accept customisation requests for sale orders. 

Refund

All our products are made by demand and specifically for a customer, refunds are not available. Refunds will only be processed in case of an unfulfilled order or if there is a manufacturing defect in the garment delivered. Since all our products are hand-made, there will a be a certain level of variations in the measurements and colours and the same will not be considered as a product defect. The refund amount will be processed via the original mode of payment.

For any product related complaints, we'd kindly urge you to share the images or any other necessary details requested by the team within 3 days of communication, post which the investigation window will lapse. 

Taxes and Duties

If the law of the land you live in requires you a duty to be paid, the customer will be liable to pay the same . Duties have to be paid over and above the retail price and cannot be cited as a reason to return/reject the parcel.

Exchange Conditions

All exchanges must be authorized by us before you send the goods back. After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 25 working days. An exchange can be claimed within 90 days of us confirming the receipt of the return goods. Runaway Bicycle holds the right to reject any exchange request if the products reach the studio after the stipulated time. The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.

We will process your exchange only after we receive the garment that needs to be exchanged. All costs related to shipping and custom duties will be borne by the customer.

The merchandise should not be worn, washed and must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Once these conditions are met, the exchange shall be processed within 15 working days of the receipt of goods. 

Non-refundable charges.

The original shipping charges and taxes and duties paid on receipt are non- refundable. The return shipping charges and custom duties/ taxes are to be borne by the customer.

In any case, if Runaway Bicycle sends you a faulty product/ wrong order, we are responsible for bearing all the costs stated above. For Faulty products please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Additional information on return from overseas.

All paperwork and the outside of the return box must be clearly marked as “returned goods- no commercial value” to ensure the order is returned to us swiftly with no extra charges. We are not responsible for custom delays, taxes and duties.  

All items will require a signature upon delivery.

Return To Shipper.

If a Return to Shipper (RTS) is requested directly to the shipping company without our consent or if the shipment gets Auto-RTS in the case of failed delivery attempts, if the courier company isn't able to reach the customer and on the basis of not paying duties, Runaway Bicycle is not libel to accept the RTS and it shall result it abandonment of the shipment. 

BESPOKE ITEMS:

Customised/Personalised orders or the products which are not listed on the website and are made for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us with any questions related to sizing. We are happy to help.

Runaway Bicycle reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
