WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE.
All orders at Runaway Bicycle go into production 24 hours after the order is placed. The 24 hour wait is to guard against cancellations or to finalise any customisations. We take anywhere between 5-7 days to produce a garment and ship it. Also, we ship only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your order should arrive within a week from the date of dispatch.

Only if we have the product in stock which is rare. You can get in touch via email or telephone and we can always try to finish your order at the earliest, but we never promise a delivery to leave our studio within 24 hours.

HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of our return window. We understand how busy schedules don’t allow you to be everywhere you need to be at the right time. It’s sad but true. But, as a business, it becomes incredibly difficult for us to accept returns beyond a certain time period. Under no circumstance do we accept a notification of a return, more than 3 days after you have received a garment.
Also, if you are returning the garment we will not accept a return package more than 15 days after being notified of a return or exchange. Our courier reaches you no matter where you are within 8 days. Surely you can make sure the return package can stick to similar timelines.

If the law of the land you live in requires you to pay a duty on your order, you’ll have to. Duties have to be paid over and above the retail price and cannot be cited as a reason to return the garment.

If the packet has not left already then yes of course, we can do that for you. Once the shipment gets cleared from customs, it becomes difficult for us to change the address. But if the packet has not been connected we’ll be happy to do so. For domestic connections, there are no extra charges for the same.
WHAT IF A CUSTOMISED
PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT RIGHT?
We only make suggestions for customisations and the measurement changes involved during the same. The final call on the measurements is the customer's and we will not be accepting returns when garments have been customised as per the customer's own requirements.

A FIRST TIME BUYER?
We work with artisans and craftsmen who are incredibly skilled. We also make sure their skills receive the remuneration they deserve which means we work with margins as thin as the fabrics we work with. Hence, we are never in a position to give any discounts.
CAN I SEND A RETURN/EXCHANGE

No, please don’t. Your return request is important to us and its likely to get missed on social media. We are extremely efficient if you send us an email or just give us a call. We’ll help you out immediately.

Unfortunately, no. We do not deliver to PO box addresses.
HOW MANY TIMES
DO YOU A SALE IN A YEAR?
Rarely online but we do have our studio walk-in sale on an annual basis without a fixed slot. The timing is usually based on us finding a little breathing space on our calendars, so do keep a lookout on our social media handles.
The peculiar thing about our studio sale is that you will find a few one-piece designs that have never been sold online or with any of our retail partners across the globe. These are usually designs we didn’t release online just because we didn’t have the fabric for it and it takes a lot of effort to shoot single pieces and put them for sale.
Also, the studio walk-in allows us to meet you in person which is something we always look forward to.
