Runaway Bicycle is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of designer-quality goods offered at great values to the consumer. Our products mostly use high quality fabrics and are handcrafted.

Runaway Bicycle may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us.
PRICING POLICY
The prices on the website are inclusive of the Taxes in India (GST) and packaging.
In case of international deliveries, these prices do not include any delivery charges, the transaction fees levied by banks & payment gateways and custom duty/ import charges which may apply if the goods are being shipped outside India. The prices of the products are given in Indian Rupees (INR) and prices in other currencies are based on the current exchange rates. Payment for the ordered products can be done in other currencies with an addition of the transaction fees.
We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such, this privacy policy sets out how Runaway Bicycle uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. Your online privacy and security is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you are protected. We will not disclose, sell, distribute or lease, personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address. We do not receive your banking details, credit/debit card number, expiry date, card holder name, or any other information for payments made through our payment gateway.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We have done our best to display our items as truthfully as possible on the website. Products at Runaway Bicycle are made to order and all the products are handcrafted. Please be aware, variations in colour, size, thickness, shape and look may occur due to its handwoven nature. The wash care on the website is a general guide, please refer to the wash care label on the garment for specific instructions. Measurements may vary up to one inch as clothes are cut and stitched by hand. A 10% thickness and colour variation can occur as the textiles are handmade and are dyed using natural colours. This shall not qualify as a faulty item.
A customer declaring a product erroneous due to any such reason will not be accepted as faulty until we have received the garment back in our studio and we have checked it.
Faulty items are only declared if the textile is torn or the stitches are broken.
If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject faulty products you must return them to us and our team will go through them. Runaway Bicycle hold the right to accept or reject the return after the quality check team goes through the product and finds the results.
To claim a faulty product, it needs to be sent back to us as per the process we share with you. On receiving the product, we will go through a thorough examination and if the claim is satisfactory, Runaway Bicycle will refund the customer for the product along with the shipping charges incurred while sending the product back against actual receipt of the courier. Incase of a dissatisfactory claim, the customer will be subjected to pay for any custom duties/taxes paid by Runaway Bicycle to accept the delivery and can then arrange for a pickup for the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY RUNAWAY BICYCLE
Due to unavoidable circumstances there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. RUNAWAY BICYCLE reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include suspension of deliveries to a particular location by our delivery companies (DHL & Bluedart), limitations on quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product or textile. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to you within a period of 15 working days.
International order refund terms and conditions
Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment will have to be borne by the customer. In case of non-payment of the duties and taxes to collect the shipment, Runaway Bicycle shall not accept a request for refund.
The remaining terms and conditions have to be met as per our shipping and return policy.
