Yes, some of our designs and collections are more expensive than others today. And this is certainly not because of the margins we make. In fact, our margins are very slim indeed compared to the average of 300% that others might charge you! We are more expensive when our textiles are 100% hand loom. These items are made from scratch with weavers and dyers across India. So just weaving one dress typically takes one of our expert weavers a week or more, for example. Think about it…if the price tag pays for a craft and craftsman’s survival, does it still feel as expensive?
